OSC Statement – Supporter Travel Across Shropshire

Following confirmation from Shrewsbury Town that the supporter bus services previously operating from outlying areas of Shropshire will not continue this season, the Official Supporters' Club wants to hear from supporters who may be affected. We are of course disappointed but also recognise the financial realities at this time.

We know that for some fans, particularly those living outside Shrewsbury, these services provided an important way of getting to home matches.

The OSC wants to see what we can do to help bring supporters together.

As our new FREE e-Membership is open to every Shrewsbury Town supporter, we're encouraging fans from across Shropshire and beyond to join the OSC and, importantly, provide your postcode when you register.

This will help us build a much better picture of where Salop supporters are based and identify areas where there may be sufficient demand to explore travel options. It could also enable us to bring supporters living in the same area together to encourage things such as car sharing, lift sharing and local supporter networks.

We're not promising that we can replace the previous bus services, but we are promising to listen, understand where the demand is and do what we can to help supporters connect with each other.

So, if you're affected – please join us.

Join the OSC for FREE, enter your postcode and help us understand where Salop supporters need help getting to games.

The more supporters who join, the stronger the picture we have – and the more we can do to bring fans together.

This is exactly what we believe an Official Supporters' Club should be about: supporters helping supporters and making it easier for everyone to follow Salop.

Join us. Tell us where you are. Let's see what we can do together.
