2020/21 season

Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced another Lockdown for England, joining the rest of the United Kingdom.

Shrewsbury Town F.C. were part of a pilot to allow supporters to return to stadia for matches & the OSC supported and did what we could to help the Football Club promote the UK Government and EFL rules during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Shrewsbury Town F.C. Manager Steve Cotterill was struck with COVID-19 & was hospitalised.

A banner campaign to send a message of love to Steve was started, and the OSC joined many Salop supporters along with many fans around the UK and the football community at large.
The OSC was also the largest single contributor to this campaign, £300.00, as we sent our committee's love and support for Steve's recovery.
 

OSC members and fellow Shrewsbury Town supporters voted all season after the final whistle of every away game and were collated together.

The winner of our Player of the Year award is Shaun Whalley.

The OSC continues to maintain the Football Club's Memorial Garden at the Montgomery Waters Meadow.
A huge thank you goes to former OSC Committee member Brian for his hard work to maintain the garden during the winter months.

The whole of the UK and the planet mourned the passing of the Duke of Edinburgh.
