OSC's Player of the Month for February 2026

Since the departure of Michael Appleton, Shrewsbury Town F.C. appointed a former player and the In the Stiffs podcaster, Gavin Cowan. Since then, we have had a bumper month in February, starting with a defeat at Colchester before, at the time, a bumper 5-game back-to-back winning run took the Football Club clear of the drop zone, including our amazing 0-2 win away at Accrington, ending the lack of a win away since the end of 2025.

You voted after the final whistle, as always, on our Twitter page (ok, yes, we know they call it 'X' now).

Votes cast by Salopians after the final whistle gave a clear result for our winner over the runner-up. With a commanding 51% of the total 173 votes cast, the OSC's winner is Will Boyle, with the runner-up Iwan Morgan at 33% of the total vote.
